Jessica has been such a fabulous trainer over the last five years.  Her professionalism, her precision in isolating muscle movement, her customized planning for each session, as well as her warmth and encouragement.  I didn't realize how beneficial a personal trainer would be, but her plan met every physical need my body presented!  Thank you!

Jessica is an amazing trainer.  She has trained me before and throughout my pregnancy.  Both her regular and prenatal workouts are always completely unique and customized.  She is incredibly motivating and her enthusiasm for her craft is apparent.  I love how she incorporates strength training, cardio, and yoga into my sessions.  I'm looking forward to the postnatal training as well!

I've battled painful foot and ankle problems for years, leaving me with plenty of scar tissue and very bad balance. About a year and a half ago that bad balance caused me to fall and break my foot in three places. After many months of healing and rehabilitation I came to realize just how badly out of shape I had become. I couldn't walk up and down stairs without wincing in pain, I couldn't walk up a hill without getting very winded and I wobbled, losing my balance and almost falling... A lot. When I began working out with Jessica, my goals were simple. I wanted my life and my health back. Balance, strength and endurance were the keys. Jessica has been very helpful designing custom workouts for me that address my issues. She is motivating and kind, always pushing me to go further, but she is tough too...something I need.  I look forward to our fun weekly sessions, in fact it is one of the highlights of my week. I now have better balance than I ever had before. I can tackle these hills without wanting to cry and I feel good. Thank you, Jessica, for believing in me when I couldn't.

I took Jess' Bollywood class recently.  Not quite knowing what to expect, I must say, I was blown away!!  It is such a great workout and it is SO much fun.  Not only is Jess such a great, patient instructor, but she is so graceful and knows what she's doing.  You walk away laughing with the feeling of a great workout and with a little extra spring in your step!

My experience with Jessica's one-on-one prenatal fitness class was excellent.  I started seeing her in my second trimester and continued until almost the end of my third.  She was very knowledgeable and friendly, as well as flexible with my schedule, and allowed my three year old daughter to attend.  She taught me stretches to alleviate my lower back and neck pain.  Additionally she taught me many exercises to strengthen my legs, stomach muscles, and pelvic floor.  I highly recommend her as a trainer!
